that was the trouble i was having that when i started cuting the foam i have rided around 200 mile now with no trouble them mag really hurt

i known that hurts the helmet saftey aspects but it better than not wearing one at all

Cutting may be the way we go so it looks like it will be anyway. Yes cutting is better than nothing and if we don't come up with something she will not wear one due to the pain.

She has not had a chance to ride again after the one long ride we had. She took the one she had to a dealer and they had her try the size she bought on and they felt it was little small also so we order a new one one size bigger. For short ride it felt fine. We will be taking longer ride soon hopefully and see how she does with it then.

Update

We went on a 600 mile ride Saturday with the new larger helmet (Same Brand and style with no problems so we think we have it good to go now.
