CSC Brake Squeeks

My CSC rear disk, (Cobra upgrade) brakes have sqeaked from day 1. The vendor has added some sort of spring to seperate the pads and they have looked at them one other time just say "dont be afraid to get on them at high speed to set them in". After 10k miles they still squeak. I ran into another CSC rider who complainded of the same situation with similar results.

Any other ideas or common problem????

Find out if there is another pad that is made from a different compound. Sometimes the pad that is used has so much metel in it they squeak more.

Vibration between the caliper and the brake pad will cause a squeal. Go to an auto supply store and get a package of anti brake squeal and put it on the back side of the pads on both calipers. That should take care of the squeak/squeal.
