Daylight Savings Time

Florida congressional members have introduced national legislation to put an end, once & for all to the clock changing fiasco .:clapping:

Would hope this passes. Would seem to me that if you want another hour of daylight after work or school then those entities should make their days start an hour earlier.

I may be wrong (it's happened before), but, wasn't DST designed when energy production was really inefficient. The idea was to save "fuel" by giving people an extra hour of day light?

I also think we should all be on the same time zone ... I can't believe New Yorkers wouldn't like prime time to be at 6pm ... :D ... instead of 8pm. And does Monday night football start at 5pm in California or do they tape delay it. Can't imagine being at work when the game stats or knowing that New Yorkers know who wins the Super Bowl before Californian's do ... ... Just saying, but of course, the rest of the country would have to come to Mountain time ... why should I be inconvenienced :D

Leave the clocks an hour ahead ! Who in the hell wants it getting dark at 4;15 or 4;30 in the afternoon ? That just sucks ! I can't wait for it tostart staying light late into the evenings. Everyone gets out more.

Isn't it some parts of Arizona they don't switch to DST?

I vote to ditch DST and leave well enough alone. :( I'm not a fan of the time change  and I want all the sleep I can get
