FYI I called and talked to Leon at DFT to get info on changing the rear brake on my Honda DFT trike . Very easy to do if u can lift it up about 10" off the ground and put jack stand under it and remove left rear tire . Remove only (2) 5/8 bolts and caliper drops off, advice . Inspect yearly or every 12,000 miles . If you destroy the rear disk it is a complete tear down of the rear of the bike .Early (pre 99) DFT had Harley rear triangular pads and calipers .
