Drum brakes on a motor trike trog conversion

Having a hard time getting new shoes for my 98 road king back drum brakes Motor Trike is no help could someone with some advice help me Thank you in advance

welcome timothy what year is your motor trike conversion? that might be needed
 
Shoes? Measure inside a drum diameter, if 9" then there is about 99.44% chance it's 9" Ford Rear Drum Brakes like on those Rangers, Pintos, Mustangs, T-birds, Falcons, Granadas too. Likely the number 474R will be in the part number at NAPA, etc.

Wheel cylinders vary by diameter so you'll need to know that if replacing one,

drums vary by 4 or 5 lug holes,

hardware like springs, hold downs, etc. is same.
