Front Fork Seal Replacement

I have a 2012 wing with a new CSC trike kit on it. I have put around 5000 miles on the trike kit since we bought it and the right front fork seal is leaking. For you CSC owners just wondering if at this time I should upgrade springs to a set of progressives and also the best place to purchase the seal kit. I also understand that the left fork has an additional bushing in it because of the anti dive, I have heard that adding this additional bushing to the right fork will aid in making the seal on the right side last longer?

For seal kits, you can use various online Honda parts suppliers. Be sure to get Honda parts. The left fork is the one with an additional seal in it. The left kit will have it included. When you order the seal kits, get the crush washers and upper o-rings also.

In the fishe below parts #27 (1), 28 (1), 16, 17, 44 and 47 for 2 each. Don't forget to order fork oil.

As for springs ... the import question is this ... what do you have in there now. Often, depending on the kit and/or the builder, many offer aftermarket springs as an upgrade, so you might already have upgraded ones in there now. Unfortunately, some will add an additional spacer under the spring which damages them, and then replacing them is required. Here's a post about that

If you are replacing springs, I'd recommend getting them from Traxxion and use the fork oil they recommend.
