Front plastic question

I have a 2017 Goldwing. I went for a ride today and ran across quite a few bumpy roads. When I got back I realized the plastic piece directly below the headlight was loose. I checked and on the right side is a clip built into the plastic piece goes into a slot. I put the clip back in but now I’m wondering if there should be a rubber grommet in the slot where the clip goes. I’m on vacation and trailered the trike down . Right now it’s at a storage facility so I can’t see if tha left side has one. Does anyone know if there should be a grommet? It’s a sort of triangle piece directly below the headlight.

Yes it is #5. I went to multiple websites and none of them were as clear as the picture in your post. I looked it up and it’s listed as 5x12 screw. It looks like it might be a self tapping screw that probably goes into a clip. I’m not sure if that is a special Honda screw or just a 5mm x 12mm metric. Part #90105-mb1-000
