Goldwing Discontinued?

Thanks for the video, but it basically tells us nothing.......maybe this and maybe that.

Does it affect the US market at all or only Japanese market?.......all Goldwings? which models?

Only Honda knows.....

That said, glad I purchased a 2022 DCT... :clapping:

I had seen this recently. https://asia.nikkei.com/Spotlight/E...-20-motorcycles-off-into-the-sunset-this-year

Chinese Goldwing clone and its electric

A Goldwing is an expensive motorcycle and soon to be out of reach of most people.

Found this: http://heartlandhonda.blogspot.com/2011/06/could-goldwing-hybrid-be-on-way.html

I disagree…

The Goldwing has always been an expensive motorcycle as it’s a top of the line touring bike with all the amenities. I’ve owned many Goldwings since the GL1200A in 1986.

People have made the same comment you have for 40 years, since the early 80’s…….the Goldwing is still here and selling well to those that can continue to afford it.

It’s not anymore out of reach now than it was back then.

I feel there are alot of changes coming in the not so distant future that many of us won't like but it will take years before it takes what we have now of the road and by ten it may not matter.Like a friend of mine says It'll work out.Might not be how we want but it'll work out.

I'm glad that I have a 2012 Goldwing that I had a Roadsmith Trike Kit added in July, I'm 68 and the bike has less than 5000 miles on it, now I will ride it more. It's still a new bike! :Santa:

You need to get out more… 5000 miles isn’t enough
