Harley's Gone

Hi all, Just a quick note to let you know that the Harley's been sold. Went to a new home today. I'm not leaving the site I'm just moving sections. I'm buying a BMW R1200CL and triking it myself, well not quite myself, well not at all myself, I'm buying a built back end and a mate's triking it, but I will be watching him :laugh: I had this model bike as a trike from 2002 until 2006 as a Grinnall trike. But this time I'm not destroying the bike to trike it, as it's fully transformable confused back to a bike. I hope to be back triking in the new year, when the weather gets better.

I loved the Harley, but as you all know a trike is a lot more costly to maintain than a bike and as I'm now an OAP it's a luxury that I can't justify. Should be able to build the BMW for about £8500 and it will be worth that for the next ten years. And will be easy and cheap to service and work on.
