hi i am re-building a rover v8 trike which has been pooly put together and never looked after.Would anybody be able to tell me the best bearing to use on a push & pull steering system

I would recomend the same type bearing used in the head section of a tripple Tree on a motorcycle. I beleive it is a tapered roller bearing. it will withstand the side to side stresses and the verticle stress.<br />
