Just found this link to Fred Harmon's website which shows a very good description and photo gallery of how to remove the triple trees on a GL1800 for bearing replacement, but its also good for rake kit DIY installers. Just thought I would share the link. Fred has a great series of CDs that cover every aspect of Gold Wing maintenance and repairs and would be a great addition to any Gold Wing owner's library. I've owned a set for many years and have found them invaluable.

:Agree: 2 of the 1st things I bought when I ordered my new Wing were buy Fred's complete set of DVD's and the factory service manual. Its always nice to know how something comes apart, saves a whole lot of time and maybe some busted parts also.
