I am a fairly new member here and one of my first threads, I asked for any experiences about Complete Cycle after finding some advertising from them that had lower prices for conversions than any one else could do. I got no information one way or another on them so I did a bunch of research and could only find negative information several years ago, nothing recent. I did check with the BBB and saw that they had been given an A+ rating. I even called up CSC direct and was told that Complete Cycle was one of their top dealers. I decided to go ahead and have them do the conversion.
I drove the bike down there last Wed, Aug 17th, the work began on Thur, Aug 18th, and was finished up late afternoon Fri, Aug 19th. While the work was being done, the owner Harold actually encouraged me to hang out to watch the progress. I spent a good chunk of Thur doing just that and then went back on Fri early afternoon to watch the completion. Bruce, who did the majority of the install has been doing CSC installations almost exclusively for Complete Cycles for some time now and was also assisted by another employee, Troy. I am very pleased with how it turned out.
The advertised price was accurate unlike some ads I have seen in the past where there are hidden charges. Not the case here. I did add a few things for additional cost that I wanted such as the ABS option to keep my ABS brakes, trailer hitch, fender bras, and the "passenger comfort" anti roll bar which is a new option being offered by CSC. I skipped the aux fuel tank because of problems I read about leaks and because I am usually ready to take rest stops by the time the fuel gauge has dropped to 1/4 tank anyway. I just couldn't justify the cost. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and look forward to driving this trike for many years to come...
