not a triker, yet, from orlando...

do people here do 2 wheel in front 'trikes'... the one wheel in front thing is kind of scary to me... i have nightmares still about wadding up my honda 250 atc 35 years ago... i have a bad habit of going a little too fast...

i did see a very nice looking mystery designs rear end at a trike store over on 441 down here... it's nice enough looking to think about building something around it... maybe i could stick it on the back of my dl...

Hey teraeric! Welcome to TrikeTalk.
We messed up two or three Honda ATCs some years back, so I understand your question. However, the trikes we are riding now are not at all like the old ATCs. These are stable and secure on the road. It takes a lot of effort to even lift a wheel. I suspect the two wheels in the rear and two in the front are equally stable.

WELCOME to TRIKE TALK....Just look through the Forums here, there are some really interesting Trike Projects here, including "2 out front~1 in rear" Combos....ThumbUp

I just joined Trike Talk as well, but as I read your post I saw your comment about the 2 wheels in front things. They are Can-Am Spyders and there is a section of the forum devoted to them. I have had one for 3 years and they are great and very safe. On-board computers keep you from lifting a wheel in a hard turn.
