The truck that has moved into my town now offers Beef Ribs if you pre order. I ordered them Saturday to be picker up after Mom's two therapies today. Her last therapy was running a little late, so, I called to see if she could slow the ribs down a bit. She said they were gonna be a tad late anyway so if I texted her my address, she would deliver tenth house around 3:30. I did and she did. I gotta tell ya, these are not quite as good as I had in Texas, but, they are by far the best I've had outside of Texas.
