Part Number and Description

Just wondering where does one look to find out what a specific part number and description is? Example: Lets say I lost one of the 4 bolts that holds the seat on, where would I look to find out what the part number is and a description of that part? I have a Honda GL1800/GL1800B/BD Service Manual 2012-2017 and GL1800 Electrical Troubleshooting Manual which does not include part descriptions or part number. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Take one of the other bolt to Home depot ,Ace or tractor supply and match it...:Shrug:...

Trike lady, how do I find out what model I have? 2016 gl1800. I saw all the different models, 3AC, 4YA, etc.

I'm a fan of Partzilla, which is actually a very big OEM parts distributor, with pretty good prices from my searches. They have parts "FICHES" that show and list virtually all parts and part numbers for just about any powersports vehicle. This is the starting page:

And, the seat bolts for my bike, 2008 GL1800 and the quantity needed specified by the site. You can also go further into it, and cross check the parts compatibility against other bikes on the actual part.
