rear end maintenance

new member here,

I have a 2003 goldwing CSC trike an trailer,looking for info on how an what needs to be maintain on rear end. I have had it for 3 yrs. with 73,ooo mikes on the clock ,ihave changed eng. oil an brake pads myself but haven't done any maintenance to the rear end....need info on what needs to be done an how!...thanks all.
