This looks like it will the first year in many that I will not be going to the Rally. Total Hip replacement on August 10th. Seeing Kansas in concert on August 4th, So If I do run out it would be only for 1 or 2 days. It's @550 miles or so each way.

Been staying in Hill City for years now. Nice and cool at night up there. Campground is quiet at night too. And I am already at where all of the great riding is.

Sturgis 2017.

Well I went to the Rally this year. (Every year since 1999) I rode my 2003 Ultra Anniversary (2Wheel). I ended up trading my bike on a new

2017 Tri-Glide. Bought it at Black Hills HD. Had 5 miles on it when I got it. Drove it home just in time for the 1000 Mile check-up. Got into a couple good storms on the way home. Had to pull over because I couldn't see the road. Part of the adventure I guess. Had a good time though.
