trike talk during winter.

Hello, I'm from Whitehorse yukon, north of Canada, and I own 1982 Goldwing 1100 trike, with 65000 miles. These days all what I can do is service it. So I'm changing the exhaust, service the engine, and change the seat. I have a problem with the fuel tank level sender, and the radio/CB connection. Could anybody help me with those two issues. I've been told that I cannot buy the fuel level sender. Is that true?
