Jeannette and I will be there on 13th in the afternoon.
Pam and I will be arriving on the 13th afternoon. Pam is excited ride up on the trike this year. can't wait to see everybody. Please all ride safe.

I was asked by Jonesy if I'd be willing to lead a ride of you trikers since I live in Vermont and somewhat in the neighborhood of West Dover. I've scoped out a ride route and believe it or not...I did find this hard to believe myself...I have found a route that is almost all good smooth pavement. Here is the ride if anyone is interested and some side notes to consider:

the route will include these destinations and attractions ...hopefully will be interesting enough to make everyone feel fairly interested in the ride.

- longest covered bridge in the world...according to the sign
- the longest covered bridge in VT
- drive by the Vermont Constitution House where Vermont was created as a State
- Quechee Gorge and gift store
- Vermont Vietnam Veteran Memorial and Wall...just thought that because of age of most trikers there might be several veterans in the group...I'm 63 so not making fun of the older riders here
- Calvin Coolidge Homestead and his actual burial spot and gravestone located on a small side road...if riders wished to go through the various buildings here a time of 1- 1 1/2 hours should be budgeted
- have I mentioned the several ice cream stops that we'll go by yet...could stop as the group wishes

Some issues have come up and Letty and I won't be able to attend the rally this year. I just called Karina and cancelled my room reservation so there should be an open room unless GGI keeps a waiting list.
We had a great tie last year with plans to attend this year but life has a way of changing your plans for you. As far as I know now, no one from our club will be attending this year due to relocations for various reasons, broken trikes, health reasons, etc. We do hope y'all have a great time. Maybe next year. Ken.

Allen, roadrunner1800, our resident Vermonter is willing to lead rides on Friday, and/or sat. hes staying at his house 40 miles away and traveling back and forth, he is wondering if anyone will be riding with him and on which day or days. He also has said a vt. farmer he knows that lives down the road and used to ride has invited us to stop by his farm. It'll make the old couple happy to get some company for a little visit. I'm game.
So sorry to hear that John & Honey. We will keep good thoughts for you and look forward to seeing you the next time around!
