Trip to Cape Cod from Maryland

I am looking for a route to take from Maryland to Cape Cod so that I do not have to cross George Washington Bridge or Tappan Zee Bridge, leaving from north east part of Maryland..

I am looking for a route to take from Maryland to Cape Cod so that I do not have to cross George Washington Bridge or Tappan Zee Bridge, leaving from north east part of Maryland..

Instead of the Tappan Zee try crossing the Hudson via the Governor Mario M Cuomo Bridge..

It's a lot faster then going up north to the Bear Mountain Bridge to cross the Hudson.....
