Valkyrie trike w/CSC kit

We have 2 Honda Valkyries both with CSC trike kits. 1 is a 1997 and the other 1 is a 2000. I have replaced the air shock on the 1997. I am having trouble finding these shocks. Nobody I've talked to has them in stock and it sounds like Honda might not be making them any longer. The Honda part number is 52400-MY4-013. It is a shock from a 1500 goldwing. I would prefer new, but a good used one is ok also. This picture shows what it looks like.

The shocks are made by Showa and I believe they are the same style that is used on older Harley Davidson tour models. If there's a salvage yard in your area they may have them.

Trike Lady,

Thanks for that. I'm hoping to find one new one. Just me, but I like to use what's already on the trike. I had a parts guy call me saying he had a progressive replacement. The progressive is a spring over shock and has 5 settings. I'm not sure what that would ride like.

Anyway, I'm not in a hurry as my trike the air shock is still good. It's just 20+ years old.

Update;

I ordered a new air shock from Motosport last November. I received the air shock yesterday. I'm glad I got a new one as there were none available anywhere. I really didn't want to buy a used one because of condition.

Anyway, Thanks,

Don
