Hannigan Joins TrikeTalk.com as Sponsor
I’d like for you all to join me in welcoming Hannigan Motorsports, as our newest TrikeTalk.com sponsor. The Hannigan business was founded by Dave and Ruth Anne Hannigan over 30 years ago and originally specialized in producing fairings for BMW’s in Toronto Canada. As their family grew with children in the mix, Dave started producing sidecars. As the Hannigan reputation and brand loyalty grew, Dave ventured into the US to build the business and be more accessible to the American market. Already 3 wheel specialists, it was a natural progression into building trike conversions. The first trike Hannigan built in the mid 90‘s was the Honda GL1500 Tri car. This was a unique one and only sidecar/trike conversion using the best features of trike and sidecar.

The GoldWing became the building block for their now renowned trike conversion line up. Dave’s original vision for a no compromise trike that performed like a race machine, combined with comfort for all day riding, included 6 main design features. These features include independent suspension, a wide track, low center of gravity, anti-sway bar, rigid chasis, and a in-line driveshaft.
Now, some 30 years and several thousand conversions later, Dave, Ruth Anne and son Andrew continue to expand the product line, producing a wide variety of trike conversions, quads and sidecars for the Honda, BMW, Harley, Yamaha and Kawasaki lines.
