Now this is a CLASSY dealership

I bought my Freewheeler at Iron Valley HD in Manheim. It was the 4th bike I bought from them and the manager, Joh, treated me very well.

When I got home yesterday there was a package from them in the mail. This is what was in the package:



It is a 6"X8", transparent plaque with a stand to put it on a shelf or desk.

Guys and Gals, this is one classy operation. Great sales and service and really customer-centered.

Recieved the same thing from Coziahr Dealer in Forsyth, Il. My first bike purchased from them. Also thought that was really nice!!!:clapping:

Verry cool,...Central Texas Harley Davidson sent me a HD tin filled with home made chocolate chip cookies along with a nice thank you note from the owner welcoming me to the HD family. Thought that was thoughtful, Ricky Bobby my salesman also followed up later that week with a call. These little touches make the buying experience all that more special. ThumbUp

Yep. My guy sent me the tin also, But with PopCorn instead...I used the cover from the can to make a air filter cover for my 11 Tri... ThumbUp
