We are looking at getting near 100º today. From cold and rainy to firing heat. The humidity will be chocking today.:AGGHH:

That has pretty much been the pattern around here for the past several years. For me heat is uncomfortable, but cold is painful. I'll take the heat any day. :D

When the humidity is high, no matter how fast you go the wind doesn't even cool you down. It almost makes you feel like you're drowning where you can't catch your breathe if you're going too fast.

Try Cozitv, or Sundance channel for westerns. There out there ,just got to find them on your cable system. ;)

I watch DISH 342 which I believe is an Encore channel. I looked up Cozitv and that's 82. Which I don't even have in my favorites but will change that. I got Sundance already. So thanks for the pointer. But I prefer no commercials.

That was when cable first came out and the benifits was no commercials. Boy did that change, big time!

Scott must be on vacation. No activity  :Coffee:

Nope. Just my days off. Haven't utilized them to their fullest extent according to my wife. Not enough work done.

I was always instructed to enjoy the moment because it only happens once. Took me awhile to figure that one out. :xzqxz:

I"m moving slower time isn't moving faster.

I really started figuring it out about the time my father in law was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He lasted over 2 years with it, but we still weren't prepared when it finally took him.

His whole ordeal has made me appreciate the time I've got. And hopefully considering I only turn 49 next month, I've got quite a bit to appreciate. :)

And hopefully a lot more yet to appreciate. In a couple of weeks I'll be attending my 50th HS reunion. We have one every year and see a lot of childhood friends.

My father and father-in-law died from stomach cancer years ago. One at 66 and the other at 72. They both passed within three weeks of being diagnosed.
