warped front brake rotor---not happy with HDMC

I have a 2010 triglide ultra. I bought it from the Dothan AL dealership April 10,2010. I made an emergency stop some time back, and warped the right front rotor. I took the trike in for 10000 mile service this week, and HDMC would not honor the warranty. I was charged $150.00 for the rotor and installation. I know that other riders have had this problem and were covered by their warranty. Has HDMC been bought out by a f___ing bunch of MBAs/Hedge Fund parasites?

The dealer can make a huge difference when it comes to warranty or no warranty. If they really want to warranty an item they can make it happen.
