100 times the number of cops BEFORE defunding wouldn't have been enough. Why is it one particular group seems to have all the problems with the cops? Could it be that that particular group is "the problem"?- Phu Cat

What bike "bit" you?
For me it was a 1960's something Sears Alstate that belonged to a neighbor. I lusted for that 2 speed moped, but Dad said "I'd rather break your arm myself than see you break it on THAT thing". Once my friend actually trusted me to ride it (and not wreck it) I was hooked. What bike "bit" you?- Phu Cat

Gift card scam
Don't know if this is a new scam or not, but it's new to Ma and me. Ma bought a couple of gift cards for our kids and when the kids tried to use them they showed zero balance. Health care company scam
I received a phone call from someone saying they were with my healthcare provider (by name) and that "I was due for a prescription renewal". When I asked "which prescription?" the line went dead. Even tho this sounded like a legitimate call from my healthcare company I doubt that it was...- Phu Cat
