2023 Tri Glide Speakers falling out

Hello Everyone,

I have a 2023 Tri Glide. I have put 3600 miles on it so far and I can't leave the house without the rear speakers coming out. Has anyone else had to deal with this? Do I just need to change out the hardware and screw directly into the speaker pod? Thanks in advance.

Take it to your dealer like Jack said, it is under warranty and it should not do this, everything I hear about 2022 and 2023 I'm glad I'm very happy with my 2018, not sure why all the trouble with the newer trikes, sounds like harley needs some good people to overlook things and do things right.

On my 2014, the rear speakers came out - had the dealer repair them. If I recall, the screws on my 2021 were also loose - but, was able to tighten them.

What you need to do is pick up the telephone and call the dealer, this is a warranty issue.

You would think this is a no brainier right? HD bumper to bumper 2 year warranty, read the owners manual cover to cover and call the dealer.

Harley-Davidson warrants that your Harley-Davidson radio will be free from factory defects in factory materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of twenty-four (24) months starting from the earlier of (a) the date of initial retail purchase of the motorcycle on which the radio is installed, or (b) the third anniversary of the last day of the model year of the motorcycle on which the radio is installed. Any unexpired portion of this limited warranty will be transferred to subsequent owner(s), upon the resale of the motorcycle during the limited warranty period. If the motorcycle was used as a demonstrator or company motorcycle, then the limited warranty period may have started and/or expired prior to the initial retail sale. This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage due to abuse, misuse or improper installation, or any radio on a motorcycle which has been registered with Harley-Davidson as a collector's vehicle. The limited warranty does not cover syncing issues or an improper functioning radio caused by an incompatible phone or other media storage device (MP3, jump drive, etc.). This limited warranty does not cover repairs under certain conditions. Examples include:

• Loss of personal media, software or data.
  
• Failure to provide proper installation environment.

To obtain warranty service, return your motorcycle with sound system intact, at your expense, within the limited warranty period to an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer. Authorized Harley-Davidson dealers should be able to provide warranty service during normal business hours depending upon the workload of the authorized dealer's service department and the availability of necessary parts.

The remedy for breach of this warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement (which may include a refurbished replacement radio), without charge for parts and labor, of any part that proves to be defective, AND DOES NOT EXTEND TO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, RESULTING FROM ANY PART THAT PROVES TO BE DEFECTIVE.

THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY ON THE RADIO. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY RELATING TO THIS RADIO, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, HARLEY-DAVIDSON AND ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF MOTORCYCLE USE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
