couple more ?'s

1) Is it the best to keep center of gravity low? I want to put a large trunk and was thinking of mounting over the motor. Just want to now if you guys think it would be too high.

2) I wanted to widen the rear wheels and want hear what you guy think? Does the disk conv. kit make them wider? Does the adapters to switch to Chevy/Ford wheels make them wider. Etc...????

Thanx guys...

1. Rules for VW trike building (generally) is weight as low and as far forward as is feasible. A trunk up over the engine will definitely add to instability.
2. Disk brake kits (I recommend) will not change wheelbase to any noticeable degree.
3. Wheel adapters will usually move wheels out about 1" (each side).
4. Extra width wheel/tire combinations will not hamper stability (may add to it slightly), but too large wheel/tire combinations will definitely be felt in loss of power from the small VW engine.

Advice given has a money back guarantee.

Have fun!
