Wife and I will getting off the ferry at Argentia ,Newfoundland this morning. We found out as we were boarding that there is a HOG rally in St. John's . The Ship is full of Harley's. Our red Gl1800 does not quite fit in!! Hope there are some rooms still available.

Did that trip in 04. Was on the "ROCK" for 7 days. A different world there and time zone moves you only 30 min instead of the normal hour.
Overall, I liked doing the loop around the island. Do not forget to have some cod tongue. I thought it was a joke at first.

Hope you enjoy your trip. They didn't have paved roads in many areas when I lived there as military brat--'55-59, but sure had a lot of fun.<br />
