Open Trunk Warning Liht

I'm new to this Trike Talk and have a burning question. My second GW trike conversion was delivered on Tuesday. It's a 07 GL1800 with the Motortrike conversion kit, I have a right side open trunk light that came on and now is flashing. I have checked to make sure the lower trunk was closed tightly but the flashing like will not go off. Can someone help with this issue and is it a simple fix?

If you can get to the switch wires/connection, unplug it. If the light goes out , the switch is shot.

you might try PM'ing the owner of this site ... Papa Zook ... he is a trike builder. Having said that, I'm guessing the right one is what the builder chose to indicate the trunk. Was it on from when the trike was delivered? Bad or disconnected switch? Could be a loose ground.

Personally, I'd call your installer first ... gotta be a warrantee.
