Question for anyone who installed aftermarket radio?

So I removed the stock radio and installed an aftermarket. I was told that once the stock radio is not used that the clock shows up in the speedometer window. I can't get it to show up. I even went to Harley main site and it says the same thing. Clock in odometer window when stock radio is disconnected. The dealer of the radio says it shows up when they install their radios. He even sent me a picture.*
Anyone know anything about this or that maybe the trikes didn't have this option?

Is the aftermarket radio you installed using all the HD controls? If so the HD program may still think the radio is there because it see's one. It might not know it's not stock.

Just uses the one connector to give me the use of the handlebar controls. The company I bought it from said when they install the clock shows up he even sent me a picture
