Saw a Road Glide 3 in person today

By the time they see that 2" reflector they've already hit you. You (not you in particular rhino) should have anticipated them doing something stupid before they were in range to see your reflectors. Gotta remember these same people run into buses and tractor trailers and they've got lights blazing, reflectors everywhere and really, really loud horns and they're a lot bigger than we are. Maybe it's just me, but I ride like nobody sees me and if they do they're actively trying to kill me. It's got me through for 71 years without daytime lights or reflectors, but don't get me wrong I don't care what anybody has on their bike/trike, I just hope they don't depend on that little piece of plastic to do anything meaningful and get complacent. Me? I take 'em off because I think it makes the bike look cleaner. And it goes faster. :)

Yes, and everyone knows black trikes are faster to begin with

I just read this in my latest issue of rocket science weekly the March issue.. It talks about a phenomenon on how some pigments of paint and in particular Black will slow down vehicles through negative drag..

And it gos on to state that Black is not really a color it’s just a layer of pigment that absorbs sunlight which causes a molecular level of negative drag.. a slow down affect if you will..

And will slow down any vehicle when riding through Ambient and even non-ambient air by a factor of 9. ….

That's an actual magazine. I thought you were kidding. (I looked it up) Now I've got to paint my bike red. Thanks, Rhino.

I was only looking.

I thought this Burgundy / Black combo was really handsome. I'm also a chrome guy so I like this engine setup much better than the blackout package, which is very popular today. Also the "White" one is not really white ... "White Sand Pearl" officially. Very pretty (kinda cream colored) blackout everything and the new $500.00 + Black windshield does get your attention.

It was 85 degrees and sunny so closed up shop for a few hours and did 90 miles. On the ride I stopped at my current dealership, Atlantic County HD, and front and center by the main entrance was this:
