What am I doing wrong?

Have been trying to download pics into a new posting. It keeps telling me cannot load jpeg pic.
I viewed the video, does this have something to do with using an Apple iPad?
Any help would be appreciated.

I use a IPad to post pics. I load my pics to photo bucket, then copy and paste the link.

Usually when I take pictures I have to reduce the size before they will load. I make a copy of the original and reduce the size of the copy so the original is unchanged in case the copy ends up too small or otherwise gets messed up.

I have an iPad and I edit the picture to a smaller size and load. I have been lucky, a lot of my pictures are right-side-up..Leo and Warren take notice, not you Bozo & Tomg..you guys make fun of my sideways pictures! LOL
