Welp got done with all I could do today on the trike due to rain. Mom was hungry, and I was a tad sore. Not used to wrenching I guess ... LOL.

So what to make her.

I found a chunk of smoked pork b$tt and some left over 7 bean stew in the freezer. Chopped up the B$tt, mixed it with the bean stew and Voila, some quick, really tasty 7 bean stew.

Not much going here so we did up some ribs yesterday and a whole bunch of baked beans in the smoker, a little libations to go along with the meal, lol.

The Misses made some Gumbo yesterday, chicken, lots of andouille sausage, okra, pepper, onions, celery, cayenne and cajun seasoning, it was delicious !!!

Bacon, eggs, toast and some leftover sirloin steak from the smoker the other day. Probably not the best for my cholesterol but dang it was good! Washed it down with a glass of V8 which took care of the veggies! LOL

V8 is not good for you unless it contains , horseradish, whistischire , hot sauce , lemon juice and VODKA !

Sheppards Pie

Had some prime rib LO from yesterday. Made a ginash with schrooms, carotts, onion , celray and peas. Taters were a LO also .

Gota clean out the fridge for some peasant food :clapping:
