Whats for supper?

Not from my smoker... A new BBQ Restaurant called Redemption BBQ in a neighboring town we ate at with friends after a charity ride... the platter is called the Texas platter... ribs, brisket, beans & fries... smoked mac & cheese or cole slaw are some the other sides. Smoked sausage is another meat choice. Good ride, good food, good friends, good times!

I had that for lunch Friday........Grilled Cheese and dipped in Tomato Soup, That was my boyhood favorite in the winter.....ThumbUp.....
