The F4 +4 fixed my buffeting issues. Especially out West where the speed limit is 80mph! You go slower the truckers will give you :xzqxz:fits.
I've never gone over 65 mph. :cxtv: That has always been my top speed.
Don't know if that makes me a Wuz, a scardy cat, or just a plain old man who shouldn't be on the highways,,,.
It's been so long since I've had the buffeting issue that I don't remember exactly what it felt like. I remember the cure was to get rid of the stock Honda windshield. I went to a "Cee Bailey's" shield and loved it. When time came to replace that one (pitted pretty bad) I went with an "F4 Custom" and that is the shield I have today.
I ride with the shield in the full down position most of the time but occasionally I will pull it up. Very small differences in shield design make HUGE differences in buffing. I highly recommend both aftermarket shields I used. The F4 is by far the most durable. I now have over 100,000 miles on mine. It's showing usage but still has some time left.
. Got beat almost to death with the wind. First thing I ordered was a big windshield. It fixed it.
