Hello Gentlemen,
I hope I could reactivate this post by asking for more technical details on Leading Link. I have been following your debate and really interested to build a Leading Link for my electric trike meant for city cruising. Its going to be 3 meter long and shall fit 5 people having max speed of 60KMH.
I am looking answers to the following questions:
1. If there is a standard leading link design for trikes which is documented somewhere describing some golden rules. I am looking for for instance that how should the Leading Link Triangle be defined for my application. What sort of spring shall I be using?
2. Which triple trees, stems and tubes could be used?
2. Additionally I am looking for a wheel with disc brakes which could be used. At rear I am using R15?
Your help will be appreciated.
