O.k. you shamed me into getting off my butt and posting. Here is the school of Sunfish I picked up in the past two weeks.

1971 Case 6250 (Rose)wood scales. Some of these had the Sunfish etched on the blade.

Maybe 1990's United Cutlery 3 blade whittler. Stag scales. From Japan. Another knife maker that went bankrupt (2006). A Chinese company is now using the name.

Wow!!! No one ever gets number 1 of anything. Those are kept in house or employees get them usually. Very cool.:clapping::clapping::clapping:
 
Guess what guys? My Buck 112 auto elite works right again. How? A drop of gun oil in the right spot.

I’m so embarrassed. :blush:

:laugh::laugh::laugh: Been there done that as they say. Wasn't a Buck but still did it. Have you ever seen how they suggest getting an automatic working? Do they ever need the oil!
 
Well since I'm here...

With my impending return to work, and Bill's blessing to continue working on my collection ( told Michele you said it was okay :D ) ... I have negotiated a good deal on a pair of Queen trappers from a fella here in Texas

Will post pictures when they arrive
 
My Queen 77' trappers arrived today, so as promised here they are. Numbered edition set #1599 of 3000

The attachment is the flyer advertisement for the set, note the retail price back then... I actually paid $10 less for them :D
