Lug nuts

That is correct.

The factory lug nut have a chrome trim cover over the nut. That is OEM on the Harley Trikes.

I've replaced them with a solid lug nut that is chromed. Have done well over a ten thousand miles on the solid lug nuts and checked them a few times with the torque wrench. They are holding well.
