On two post today there is a Red box that says Spam with a scull and crossbones on the bottom left corner of the post ...What does that mean..

When you join the forum, Zook has you set up as a "new" member ... if you spam, your gone ... He keeps us on our toes ... and the forum is the better for it.

Thanks....But How does that work.....Does a member click on that box, And if so who determines your gone... one persons spam sometimes is just another ones annoyance...:Shrug:

I dunno about here, I know other Forums have been raided by Spammers

Looks like Papa Zook has a anti spammer and Bot program I would bet :clapping:

I aint a BOT or a Spammer Spyder LOL

The bottom allows you to report the spam ... moderators delete it and look does the final "execution".

The report post was and is always there.......I've used it a number of times...,

Its the red box i'm talking about....:Shrug: whats the difference between that and the report post triangle......:Shrug:

Kinda like having a phone number for the police and one for the fire department. The spam button is for spam only. Gets quick response to prevent spammers. The report post button is for when you might think a post doesn't conform to the rules ... and before you say it ... yes .. spamming is against the rules ... :Shrug:

Bob, is the post you're talking about with the Red Box still there ? I have seen the Red Triangles but not the Red Boxes :Shrug:
