Whats for supper?

Cedar plank salmon with lemon, garlic, rosemary, thyme, a touch of garlic, salt and pepper done in the smoker with rice and a salad with balsamic vinegar for supper to celebrate my wife's birthday and our anniversary! YUM!

Okay ... so I tried this. Got everything, but, have you ever priced fresh shrimp in Grand Junction, Co. Like $30 a pound. I opted for frozen, probably not a good choice. Was okay, but not the best shrimp I've ever had.

Might of needed a little more cooking time, but, did 15 minutes at 350*, and I thawed the shrimp. At altitude, everything takes longer.
 
We're having some sort of pasta tonight, should be good with some hot peppers from the grill.
