A favorite from my Uncle

Toasted English Muffin (Thomas's), little butter, home made BBQ sauce, two slices swiss cheese and a 1/4 pound patty of ground chuck. Surprising combo of flavors. Desert is a slice of rhubarb cherry pie ... still cooling so I'll take pics when I slice it.
