Not really a collector knife, but my son-in-law got me a Victorinox Pro Boning knife. He says it is one of his favorites to cut meat he has smoked. Sliced some ham with it last night... sharp!

Victorinox is the company that makes the Swiss Army Knife. Founded in 1884...

The attachment is the flyer advertisement for the set, note the retail price back then... I actually paid $10 less for them

I do ... In Colorado, we can carry just about any knife under 3.5" in length except a ballistic knife. I had no clue what a ballistic knife is so I looked it up .. kind of like a gun that shoots knives ... who knew. :Shrug:

My new toy is 3.25"
